Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Blaise Mothes started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Morlange booed when Colonie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonin Capron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luc Raclot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antoine Rebillard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antoine Rebillard in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luc Raclot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maurice Bihan charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maurice Bihan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colonie! Marin Bonnot walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 21 minutes into the game, Morlange's Blaise Mothes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sabri Heitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Luc Raclot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoine Rebillard in the 29th minute of play. Clement Sebastien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Blaise Mothes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Morlange fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Clement Sebastien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Morlange getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Kevin Charbonnel hit a great ball. If Antoine Rebillard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Colonie booed when Morlange was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Charbonnel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Eric Bouron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Morlange's Luc Raclot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clement Sebastien in the 52nd minute of play. Sabri Heitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Blaise Mothes's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Colonie's zone, Blaise Mothes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabri Heitz came out of the goal and Blaise Mothes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the match, Morlange's goal looked a bit too open when Clement Sebastien came free, but Luc Raclot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Eric Bouron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Morlange's goal looked a bit too open when Antoine Rebillard came free, but Luc Raclot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colonie's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clement Sebastien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Morlange's goal looked a bit too open when Antoine Rebillard came free, but Luc Raclot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Colonie's Sabri Heitz got control of the ball when Kevin Charbonnel tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Clement Sebastien sped through Morlange's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luc Raclot. Sabri Heitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blaise Mothes in the 86th minute of play. Morlange's Eric Bouron got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Blaise Mothes came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Morlange fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blaise Mothes couldn't finish the play. Blaise Mothes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 94th minute. Morlange's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Sabri Heitz made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Eric Bouron sent off a good shot on target. Anthony Pasqualini hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Colonie fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Morlange were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
