Benjamin Roguet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Logis's goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Riot came free, but Benjamin Roguet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamin Roguet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidney Riot, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Logis's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Sidney Riot scored to the left of an out of position Benjamin Roguet, making the score, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sidney Riot made a kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Calvin Rongier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Logis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Calvin Rongier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute, Sidney Riot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benjamin Roguet was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Lovagny's Ewan Maniere suffered a concussion after 61 minutes and had to leave the field. Jean-Francois Chiron charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jean-Francois Chiron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jean-Francois Chiron hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Logis's Jean-Francois Chiron got a free kick in the 70th minute. Victorien Zitouni took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benjamin Roguet. Logis's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Paulo Boulanger came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Lovagny fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Boulanger couldn't finish the play. Marcel Gaultier hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Logis's Benjamin Roguet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bastien Caumont in the 79th minute of play. If Bastien Caumont had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lovagny fans cheered their team off the field, for while Logis had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
