Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Voreppe's Kevin Blard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Harold Bacher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bryan Laurier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Voreppe's zone, Bryan Laurier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexis Bellard came out of the goal and Bryan Laurier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute of the match, Bryan Laurier got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alexis Bellard was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Harold Bacher put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alexis Bellard. After 26 played minutes Voreppe got a freekick which was hit by Walter Faber. In the 34th match minute, Voreppe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christophe Deram to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, Voreppe's goal looked a bit too open when Harold Bacher came free, but Alexis Bellard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kevin Blard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Harold Bacher to strike the kick off in the second half. Jolan Beche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Gagnard having to interfere. Christophe Deram kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Alexandre Roussy was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Voreppe getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Christophe Deram hit a great ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Harold Bacher managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dormont's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harold Bacher was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bryan Laurier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexis Bellard having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Voreppe's Jolan Beche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karim Gagnard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When Roland Malle fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Voreppe's protests and gave Roland Malle a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th match minute, Voreppe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Malle to maneuver through the defense. In the 98thth minute of the game Bryan Laurier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Voreppe's Alexis Bellard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dormont had played much better football throughout.
