Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fourneaux's Ben Gendrot started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Marvin Leveille fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fourneaux's protests and gave Marvin Leveille a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fourneaux getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Marvin Leveille hit a great ball. Auzielle's Barnabe Bonhoure got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fourneaux's Émile Jacquemond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theophile Alix in the 12th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Ben Gendrot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ben Gendrot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Auzielle booed when Fourneaux was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marvin Leveille didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fourneaux's goalkeeper Émile Jacquemond, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Donald Saget received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Didier Duprez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 29 in the game by Donald Saget from a close distance when the talented Didier Duprez managed to make a qualified save. Auzielle's players were relieved. In the 30th minute, Jason Pesnel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jason Pesnel kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Barnabe Bonhoure received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Émile Jacquemond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barnabe Bonhoure fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Émile Jacquemond having to interfere.
The wind increased when Theophile Alix made the kick off in the second half. Barnabe Bonhoure's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Émile Jacquemond firmly grabbed it by the left post. Barnabe Bonhoure could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Émile Jacquemond made a huge save. Ben Gendrot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ben Gendrot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 66 minutes of play Auzielle's Jason Pesnel was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 67 played minutes Auzielle got a freekick which was hit by Jason Pesnel. In the 70th minute Donald Saget shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didier Duprez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ben Gendrot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Ben Gendrot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Didier Duprez. Auzielle's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ben Gendrot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 79th minute Donald Saget shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didier Duprez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Duvernoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Émile Jacquemond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Didier Duprez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Gendrot in the 84th minute of the match. Barnabe Bonhoure could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Émile Jacquemond made a huge save. If Donald Saget had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Didier Duprez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donald Saget, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When Damien Thiébaux fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fourneaux's protests and gave Damien Thiébaux a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fourneaux getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Damien Thiébaux hit a great ball. Auzielle's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
