Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jerome Hilt took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gerard Merlen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerome Hilt in the 3rd minute of the match. Franklin Mari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Gerard Merlen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Vèrinas booed when Angle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florian Tourne didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Vèrinas's Felix Vautrin got a free kick in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Florian Tourne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emilien Noe. Vèrinas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florian Tourne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Edouard Hesse charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edouard Hesse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute Jordan Arbogast shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerard Merlen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerome Hilt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Gerard Merlen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octave Droguet might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emilien Noe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Octave Droguet ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Vèrinas defense, Sofiane Terrasson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emilien Noe. The Vèrinas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilien Noe should have stopped the shot. Angle's Sofiane Terrasson got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Octave Droguet to strike the kick off in the second half. Emilien Noe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octave Droguet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sofiane Terrasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Emilien Noe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Franklin Mari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vèrinas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Angle a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Florian Tourne, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vèrinas's Emilien Noe. 3-0. After 69 played minutes Angle got a freekick which was hit by Florian Tourne. Vèrinas's Felix Vautrin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Angle. Angle's Octave Droguet got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Franklin Mari came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Vèrinas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franklin Mari couldn't finish the play. Jordan Arbogast hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Octave Droguet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emilien Noe was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Octave Droguet might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emilien Noe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Octave Droguet ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th minute Sofiane Terrasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilien Noe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Octave Droguet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Angle's supporters rose to their feet, but Octave Droguet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilien Noe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th play minute Franklin Mari came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gerard Merlen. 4-1. After a defensive mix-up in Angle's zone, Franklin Mari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerard Merlen came out of the goal and Franklin Mari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Angle fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vèrinas had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
