Maximilien Berenguer kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After 6 played minutes Vésinet got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Plouhinec. Ferdinand Salomez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Saurel in the 9th minute of the match. Vésinet's Valérien Clamens got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geoffrey Poisson during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 16 played minutes Ostheim got a freekick which was hit by Geoffrey Poisson. If Valérien Clamens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ostheim's Marvin Hellio got a free kick in the 19th minute. Theo Deborde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camille Bosquet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Vésinet's Valérien Clamens in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ostheim's goalie prevented a goal. Valérien Clamens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vésinet's Ferdinand Salomez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Saurel in the 37th minute of play. Ferdinand Salomez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Saurel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes Vésinet got a freekick which was hit by Allan Masse. Mohamed Saurel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Salomez having to interfere. Ferdinand Salomez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prosper Cabane in the 45th minute. Mohamed Saurel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ferdinand Salomez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With an all-out effort, Vésinet's Theo Deborde threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Valérien Clamens, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Mohamed Saurel came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Ostheim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Saurel couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Valérien Clamens took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Theo Deborde to make any attempt to save it. Vésinet's Ferdinand Salomez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Saurel in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of Ostheim booed when Vésinet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyrille Giraudon didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ostheim's Prosper Cabane, in the 79th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Ostheim. Camille Bosquet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Theo Deborde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohamed Saurel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Salomez having to interfere. Vésinet's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
