Prenay's Guy Bosch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Prenay from getting a goal against them. 12 minutes into the game, Alexis Pecheux lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Guy Bosch. Rodrigue Messe kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Aime Amar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romain Baran having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Marin Galant recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Guy Bosch. Marin Galant showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The audience was convinced that Alexis Pecheux's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guy Bosch was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Gorra's Romain Baran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aime Amar in the 32nd minute of play. Romain Baran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steve Batista in the 36th minute of the match. If Marin Galant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alexis Pecheux came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Gorra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexis Pecheux couldn't finish the play. If Steve Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Steve Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Prenay's supporters rose to their feet, but Steve Batista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romain Baran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aime Amar was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th match minute, Gorra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigue Messe to maneuver through the defense. Aime Amar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Romain Baran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steve Batista got free with Romain Baran in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute Aime Amar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romain Baran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gorra's Romain Baran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Rouyer in the 69th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Marin Galant notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Prenay's Guy Bosch. Guy Bosch was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alexis Pecheux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
