Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabian Menuge didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamin Soum went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonin Tribout during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Samy Boisson, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Eddy Lasalle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Menuge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Trentemoult's Alain Audet slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matheo Matignon. That made the score 1-1 after 20 minutes of play. After 25 minutes, Loic Dreau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Masny and the Trentemoult players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Loic Dreau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yann Heurtault sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Masny booed when Trentemoult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastien Soubiran didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes Masny got a freekick which was hit by Loic Dreau. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 52 played minutes Masny got a freekick which was hit by Samy Boisson. When Sebastien Soubiran came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Trentemoult fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastien Soubiran couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute, Arnaud Deligny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 56 played minutes, Trentemoult's Sebastien Soubiran shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matheo Matignon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trentemoult reached it. Benjamin Soum was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 60th minute. Masny's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Roman Merot fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trentemoult's protests and gave Roman Merot a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd match minute, Trentemoult was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Merot to maneuver through the defense. Benjamin Soum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Masny's Eddy Lasalle got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Yann Heurtault had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alain Audet came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Trentemoult fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alain Audet couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute, Arnaud Deligny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Masny's Matheo Matignon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yann Heurtault in the 85th minute of play. Yann Heurtault sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the game, Gerard Souque was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trentemoult's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Masny the free kick. In the 93rd match minute, Trentemoult was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerard Souque to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, Trentemoult's goalkeeper Fabian Menuge had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eddy Lasalle. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
