Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arnaud Wendling took the kick off in the first half of the match. Georges Waxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaud Wendling in the 3rd minute of play. Theo Le Moullec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Georges Waxin made a huge save. Arnaud Wendling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mennecy booed when Aingeray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederic Guichaoua didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8 played minutes Mennecy got a freekick which was hit by Henri Limare. Luka Cadoret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentin Pellat, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Aingeray's Aurelien Pluchart suffered a sore thigh after 16 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 16 minutes, Henri Limare mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mennecy and the Aingeray players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Aingeray booed when Mennecy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henri Limare didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ramzi Chabin fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aingeray's protests and gave Ramzi Chabin a yellow card for diving instead. Arnaud Wendling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Mennecy's Arnaud Wendling slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Georges Waxin. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. Theo Le Moullec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Georges Waxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Arnaud Wendling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mennecy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaud Wendling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaud Wendling in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Georges Waxin saved Aingeray from getting behind. Mennecy's Luka Cadoret played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Maurette in the 41st minute of play. If Johan Maurette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Johan Maurette to make the kick off. When Ramzi Chabin came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Aingeray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramzi Chabin couldn't finish the play. If Arnaud Wendling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, Mennecy's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Johan Maurette fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Arnaud Wendling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Georges Waxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johan Maurette struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Luka Cadoret didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aingeray. In the 72nd minute, Florentin Pellat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Georges Waxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaud Wendling, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After having played for 79 minutes, Johan Maurette managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aingeray's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johan Maurette was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mennecy's Theo Le Moullec got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 90 played minutes, Mennecy's Thomas Carminati shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Georges Waxin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mennecy reached it. When Florentin Pellat fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aingeray's protests and gave Florentin Pellat a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes Aingeray got a freekick which was hit by Florentin Pellat. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
