Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Alphonse Guth started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Mulhouse's zone, Alphonse Guth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudy Plazanet came out of the goal and Alphonse Guth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Chris Ruffier came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Transloy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Ruffier couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute Chris Ruffier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudy Plazanet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Feral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Rudy Plazanet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Chris Ruffier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 35 played minutes Transloy got a freekick which was hit by Ernest Dhainaut. In the 36th minute, Eliott Miguet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Pilet was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Eliott Miguet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute Robin Chaffard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Pilet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robin Chaffard was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Eliott Miguet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mulhouse fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 61st match minute, Mulhouse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basile Dieudonne to maneuver through the defense. Chris Ruffier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mulhouse's Rudy Plazanet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alphonse Guth in the 91st minute of play. Rudy Plazanet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alphonse Guth, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute, Mulhouse's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Chris Ruffier fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
