The Carro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathys Carlotti should have stopped the shot. In the 5th minute, Ramzi Watier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Bastien Dufourg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Télindière's supporters rose to their feet, but Bastien Dufourg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mathys Carlotti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Télindière's Victor Bagard got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute Ramzi Watier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Blondy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Erwan Minot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th match minute, Télindière was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justin Segala to maneuver through the defense. Mathys Carlotti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bastien Dufourg, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Victorien Serieys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorien Serieys in the 24th minute of play forced Carro's goalkeeper Mathys Carlotti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Romuald Brisse was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Télindière the free kick. Victorien Serieys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Mathys Carlotti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gilbert Lanciaux came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Carro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilbert Lanciaux couldn't finish the play. Ramzi Watier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Christian Blondy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erwan Minot who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Christian Blondy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mathys Carlotti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justin Remaud in the 41st minute of the match. Bastien Dufourg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathys Carlotti having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Victorien Serieys got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ramzi Watier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bastien Dufourg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bastien Dufourg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hector Mure fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Blondy having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Télindière's Brian Hermouet got a free kick in the 64th minute. Noe Bazile took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christian Blondy. Télindière's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justin Remaud during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Télindière getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Justin Remaud hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Bastien Dufourg managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 79 played minutes Carro got a freekick which was hit by Hippolyte Jaffre. Bastien Dufourg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Mathys Carlotti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Carro's goalkeeper Mathys Carlotti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorien Serieys. Victorien Serieys blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mathys Carlotti having to make a save. Télindière's Christian Blondy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erwan Minot in the 92nd minute of play. In the 95th minute Bastien Dufourg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathys Carlotti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bastien Dufourg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathys Carlotti having to interfere. Télindière's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
