The tension between the Pecq and the Arnouville players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute, Enzo Blary hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raoul Loustalot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Janson in the 23rd minute of play forced Arnouville's goalkeeper Alex Pecourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Pecq getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Bernard Gloaguen hit a great ball. In the 29th match minute, Arnouville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Lebigre to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Pecq's Rodolphe Caplain got control of the ball when Raoul Loustalot tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Lucien Lavaud fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pecq's protests and gave Lucien Lavaud a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Pecq's Lucien Lavaud got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Raoul Loustalot succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 34th playminute. When Freddy Janson came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Pecq fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Janson couldn't finish the play. During the 46th minute of the match Mario Teisseire completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mario Teisseire a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Pecq's Mario Teisseire got a free kick in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Raoul Loustalot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolphe Caplain having to interfere. After some careless play in the Pecq defense, Paulo Lebigre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodolphe Caplain. The Pecq fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodolphe Caplain should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Arnouville's Paulo Lebigre got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Mario Lavielle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Bob Gauche in the 73rd minute really tested Alex Pecourt's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 76th match minute, Pecq was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ibrahim Berthe to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Lebigre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Rodolphe Caplain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Pecq's goal looked a bit too open when Raoul Loustalot came free, but Rodolphe Caplain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Arnouville booed when Pecq was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Janson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Paulo Lebigre got free in front of the goal in the 93rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Rodolphe Caplain was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Arnouville's Paulo Lebigre in 93 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Rodolphe Caplain guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Paulo Lebigre put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rodolphe Caplain. Arnouville's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
