Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tronche's Aurelien Vittoz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charles Grangeon in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Paille prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Charles Grangeon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tony Lienhard hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Felicien Bourgade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Paille having to interfere. Lucas Paille stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felicien Bourgade's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Emeric Lechat hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. When Felicien Bourgade came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Bonsecours fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felicien Bourgade couldn't finish the play. Charles Grangeon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Paille having to interfere. Lucas Paille showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felicien Bourgade, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute, Aurelien Vittoz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jerome Duparc, passed just outside the right post. Jerome Duparc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timothe Dupuis's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After a rather tough play, Bonsecours's Herve Lamoureux got a free kick in the 30th minute. Lucas Paille showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Grangeon in the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Tronche's goal looked a bit too open when Charles Grangeon came free, but Lucas Paille reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victorien Col walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Felicien Bourgade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Lucas Paille tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charles Grangeon was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Charles Grangeon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lucas Paille. Charles Grangeon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Lucas Paille was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Charles Grangeon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Charles Grangeon really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Tronche were furious when Maximilien Perennes was red carded, 67 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tronche! If Marius Larvor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Charles Grangeon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 89 minutes, Felicien Bourgade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bonsecours's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felicien Bourgade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felicien Bourgade who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 98thth minute tested the skills of Lucas Paille when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match was over Bonsecours could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tronche throughout the match.
