Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes Quentin Bouchy could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-0 into the left cross. Châteauvallon's Tristan Caffier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Châteauvallon from getting a goal against them. In the 7th minute, Jean-Michel Dreau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tristan Caffier came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Reyrieux's Steve Mear. But to his dismay, Steve Mear quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Jolan Bourrel kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Gaetan Poupin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Youri Sauger skillfully saved the ball. Steve Mear kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Aymerick Deforge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 46 minutes, Aymerick Deforge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reyrieux's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aymerick Deforge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reyrieux's Youri Sauger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germain Schroeder in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Firmin Richon made a kick off. Youri Sauger was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Benoit Witz. If Germain Schroeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentin Bouchy in the 59th minute of play forced Châteauvallon's goalkeeper Tristan Caffier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Jean-Michel Dreau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aymerick Deforge might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tristan Caffier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aymerick Deforge ran back to his position shaking his head. After 63 played minutes Châteauvallon got a freekick which was hit by Emilien Job. After 65 minutes of play, Reyrieux's Quentin Bouchy made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tristan Caffier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Firmin Richon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Youri Sauger having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aymerick Deforge in the 73rd minute of play forced Châteauvallon's goalkeeper Tristan Caffier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germain Schroeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Châteauvallon booed when Reyrieux was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steve Mear didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute Firmin Richon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Youri Sauger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aymerick Deforge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reyrieux's Aymerick Deforge got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Germain Schroeder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Châteauvallon's supporters rose to their feet, but Germain Schroeder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Youri Sauger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 97th minute, Châteauvallon's Firmin Richon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Châteauvallon players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Reyrieux.
