Lucas Nicolet charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Nicolet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joseph Blasco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 6thth minute, Teddy Waxin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bertrand Pontier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Barriot's Mohamed-Ali Simard seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mohamed-Ali Simard the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Barriot protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mohamed-Ali Simard had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 16th minute, one of Barriot:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barriot. In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Maraval. Yvan Sempe stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Thibaut Davignon. 0-1. Yannick Broc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Yannick Broc's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thibaut Davignon was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joseph Blasco to strike the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Barriot's goal looked a bit too open when Yannick Broc came free, but Thibaut Davignon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute of the match, Yannick Broc tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Thibaut Davignon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Blasco in the 68th minute of play forced Maraval's goalkeeper Teddy Waxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Alex Salomon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thibaut Davignon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yannick Broc in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Barriot's Hector Herrou got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Yannick Broc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Thibaut Davignon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Maraval's zone, Rayanne Réty stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teddy Waxin came out of the goal and Rayanne Réty tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Blasco in the 90th minute of play forced Maraval's goalkeeper Teddy Waxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Maraval walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
