Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tommy Goetz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Julien Lacouture was a little too slow when Maurice Jacqueline got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Cormery's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Goetz came free, but Manuel Lhotellier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Christophe Cipriani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Cormery getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Reynald Baudier hit a great ball. After 23 played minutes Cormery got a freekick which was hit by Jordan Amri. After a defensive mix-up in Cormery's zone, Christophe Cipriani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Lhotellier came out of the goal and Christophe Cipriani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Carbonne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julien Lacouture having to interfere. In the 44th minute Tommy Goetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Lhotellier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Julien Lacouture showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurice Jacqueline in the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 53 minutes, Hugues Roseau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cormery's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugues Roseau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 56 in the game by Christophe Cipriani from a close distance when the talented Manuel Lhotellier managed to make a qualified save. Cormery's players were relieved. The supporters of Morelle booed when Cormery was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Carbonne didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Cormery's Manuel Lhotellier got control of the ball when Christophe Cipriani tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Christophe Cipriani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morelle's supporters rose to their feet, but Christophe Cipriani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Lhotellier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Goetz in the 68th minute of play forced Cormery's goalkeeper Manuel Lhotellier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Lhotellier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Goetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes in the game, Tommy Goetz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Manuel Lhotellier having to interfere. Christophe Cipriani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Lhotellier having to interfere. Manuel Lhotellier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Goetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maurice Jacqueline recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tristan Lasne hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Morelle's zone, Maurice Jacqueline stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julien Lacouture came out of the goal and Maurice Jacqueline tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 84 minutes, Maurice Jacqueline made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Morelle's Julien Lacouture tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Christophe Cipriani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Lhotellier. Cormery's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christophe Cipriani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cormery had won after a very even match.
