Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gaston Mesnier kicked off to start the match. Achille Le Duff made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Constantin Pecout sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Zinedine Amestoy took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Achille Le Duff to make any attempt to save it. Joachim Perrochon struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Joel Froissard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pantin. In the 17th minute Gaston Mesnier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Froissard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gaston Mesnier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaston Mesnier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Joel Froissard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Mesnier in the 26th minute of play forced Crosne's goalkeeper Joel Froissard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28thth minute of the game Gaston Mesnier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crosne's Joel Froissard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zinedine Amestoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achille Le Duff having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Pantin's goalkeeper Achille Le Duff had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Constantin Pecout. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Crosne's goalkeeper Joel Froissard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Crosne's Zinedine Amestoy got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Crosne's Constantin Pecout got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joachim Perrochon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 54th minute, one of Crosne:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Crosne. The referee gave Pantin a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Felix Palau, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Crosne's Joel Froissard. 2-1. When Gaston Mesnier came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Pantin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaston Mesnier couldn't finish the play. Eric Jouanne charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eric Jouanne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eric Jouanne hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Gaston Mesnier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Froissard having to interfere. After 74 minutes of play, Pantin's Joachim Perrochon made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Froissard was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 80th minute Crosne were awarded a corner. Daryl Badet went to the cornerflag to take it. After some careless play in the Crosne defense, Joachim Perrochon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Froissard. The Crosne fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Froissard should have stopped the shot. Achille Le Duff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Constantin Pecout's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Pierre Berthier hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Pantin's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
