Tourcoing's Sam Megret played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Geron in the 3rd minute of play. Victor Hespel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luka Diguet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynald Quintin in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Geron in the 18th minute of play forced Tourcoing's goalkeeper Sam Megret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Joseph Matton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the game, Brandon Boyard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sam Megret was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sam Megret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brandon Boyard in the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Tourcoing's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Geron came free, but Sam Megret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brandon Boyard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adam Geron struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Sam Megret didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bagard. Sam Megret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Geron in the 42nd minute of the match. Brandon Boyard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th match minute, Tourcoing was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Matton to maneuver through the defense. After 47 minutes, Brandon Boyard made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Tourcoing's Sam Megret tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Bagard were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Djibril Gibon kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Reynald Quintin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luka Diguet having to interfere. When Roland Jobard fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bagard's protests and gave Roland Jobard a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th match minute, Bagard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Jobard to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tourcoing's zone, Brandon Boyard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sam Megret came out of the goal and Brandon Boyard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79thth minute of the game Adam Geron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tourcoing's Sam Megret was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Tourcoing booed when Bagard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmid Ferriere didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 89 minutes, Victor Hespel made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bagard's Luka Diguet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Tourcoing booed when Bagard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Schlosser didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tourcoing's Victor Hespel got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bagard walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
