Romaric Debrie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justin Borges in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Maxéville's Mehdi Belmont got a free kick in the 10th minute. The Maxéville fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Lesecq should have stopped the shot. After having played for 17 minutes, Justin Borges managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maxéville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justin Borges was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Lesecq made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salomon Ribeiro in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Lessy booed when Maxéville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Justin Borges came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Maxéville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justin Borges couldn't finish the play. Romaric Debrie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Desloges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Maxéville's goalkeeper Daniel Lesecq had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harold Agard. If Harold Agard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harold Agard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Daniel Lesecq tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Salomon Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
