In the 47th match minute, Carrefour was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurice Seiller to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nathan Philip stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dilan Gobe ran back to his position shaking his head. Maurice Seiller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Cyrille Brenon having to interfere. Jean-Cyrille Brenon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Jean-Marie in the 58th minute of play. Guy Pillon hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Michael Jean-Marie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 minutes, Mathias Blond mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Treille and the Carrefour players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Treille fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! Treille's Nathan Philip got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Michael Jean-Marie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Jean-Cyrille Brenon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dilan Gobe came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Carrefour fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dilan Gobe couldn't finish the play. Lenny Le Jeune sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Nathan Philip managed to get in a good position for a shot. Treille's supporters rose to their feet, but Nathan Philip was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berenger Schaefer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Chris Bau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Treille's Jocelyn Gardelle got a free kick in the 90th minute. Jean-Cyrille Brenon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Jean-Marie's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Nathan Philip hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Carrefour's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
