Portel's Matheo Bondu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barthelemy Dutel in the 6th minute of play. Matheo Bondu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barthelemy Dutel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Guy Sabin sped through Portel's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matheo Bondu. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portel's goalkeeper Matheo Bondu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Guy Sabin came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Bonodière fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guy Sabin couldn't finish the play. Robin Monnier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Berenger Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robin Monnier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berenger Rocha having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Portel's zone, Guy Sabin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matheo Bondu came out of the goal and Guy Sabin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barthelemy Dutel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matheo Bondu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guy Sabin in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robin Monnier to strike the kick off in the second half. Barthelemy Dutel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheo Bondu having to interfere. After 56 minutes, Guy Sabin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bonodière and the Portel players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bonodière getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Guy Sabin hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Guy Sabin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Berenger Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robin Monnier, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 78 minutes into the match, Portel's goalkeeper Matheo Bondu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Barthelemy Dutel. The supporters of Bonodière booed when Portel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bob Marsal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Romain Bosio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bonodière the free kick. Romain Bosio hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Barthelemy Dutel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Matheo Bondu firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience was convinced that Guy Sabin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matheo Bondu was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Robin Monnier's late challenge caught a Bonodière's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robin Monnier helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Portel getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Robin Monnier hit a great ball. Barthelemy Dutel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matheo Bondu having to make a save. Barthelemy Dutel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheo Bondu having to interfere. Bonodière's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
