Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Junior Chapuis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Eric Bellamy came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Eaubonne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Bellamy couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute of the match, Ronan Barbereau got a very nice opportunity to score, but Samuel Murat was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ronan Barbereau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Samuel Murat made a huge save. 19 minutes into the match, Barrou's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Chapuis came free, but Nelson Dumortier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 minutes, Romaric Viel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrou and the Eaubonne players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Romaric Viel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugene Fons's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nelson Dumortier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Freddy Pont managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrou's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Pont was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Murat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddy Pont to strike the kick off in the second half. Ronan Barbereau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute Ronan Barbereau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Murat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bastien Mehl fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eaubonne's protests and gave Bastien Mehl a yellow card for diving instead. Bastien Mehl hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute Eaubonne were awarded a corner. Yann Tassin went to the cornerflag to take it. Hector Vibert made a great header on Eaubonne's corner, it was just that Barrou's Nelson Dumortier managed to reach the ball for a save.
