Augustin Boitelle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Villebon's zone, Hugo Exbrayat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augustin Boitelle came out of the goal and Hugo Exbrayat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Exbrayat in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Augustin Boitelle saved Villebon from getting behind. After some careless play in the Villebon defense, Hugo Exbrayat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augustin Boitelle. The Villebon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augustin Boitelle should have stopped the shot. Augustin Boitelle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donovan Rondot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calvin Abdallah's late challenge caught a Blagnac's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Calvin Abdallah helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Villebon's Calvin Abdallah got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th match minute, Villebon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joey Roue to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute Hugo Exbrayat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustin Boitelle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Hugo Exbrayat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blagnac's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Exbrayat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augustin Boitelle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Villebon's Augustin Boitelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donovan Rondot in the 26th minute of play. Augustin Boitelle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donovan Rondot's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Francis Bouras was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patrice Stahl showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 39 minute of play. Calvin Abdallah got his second yellow card in the match during the 42nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patrice Stahl during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Patrice Stahl hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 50th minute, Nelson Dubas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 51st minute, Donovan Rondot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augustin Boitelle was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugo Exbrayat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Augustin Boitelle was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Hugo Exbrayat capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hugo Exbrayat really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. After having played for 82 minutes, Hugo Exbrayat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blagnac's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Exbrayat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. During the 85th minute of the match Patrice Stahl completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Patrice Stahl a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Blagnac booed when Villebon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrice Stahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Blagnac's Jean-Marie Tramoni broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 90 minutes into the match, Donovan Rondot dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Augustin Boitelle, 1-4. Donovan Rondot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustin Boitelle having to interfere. The supporters of Blagnac booed when Villebon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Tridon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augustin Boitelle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Exbrayat, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. If Nelson Dubas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blagnac's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
