Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrice Stahl made a kick off. Jean-Michel Fremiot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrice Stahl in the 52nd minute of play. Jacob Goury's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Augustin Boitelle skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 56 minutes into the game, Dilan Gharbi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Augustin Boitelle. Luynes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claude Coiffard during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dilan Gharbi's late challenge caught a Villebon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dilan Gharbi helped the player get up and apologised. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
