Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfred Lengrand started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hubert Desire in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruce Vrignaud prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mathys Bazile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bixente Crochemore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Colmar's goal looked a bit too open when Hubert Desire came free, but Bruce Vrignaud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Gaetan Palmier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coursegoules's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaetan Palmier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruce Vrignaud breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 25 played minutes Coursegoules got a freekick which was hit by Gaetan Palmier.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaetan Palmier to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Colmar's goal looked a bit too open when Gaetan Palmier came free, but Bruce Vrignaud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hubert Desire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruce Vrignaud having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Alfred Lengrand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colmar's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Lengrand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bixente Crochemore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute Gaetan Palmier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruce Vrignaud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hubert Desire came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Coursegoules fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hubert Desire couldn't finish the play. Mathys Bazile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bixente Crochemore having to interfere. Colmar's Bruce Vrignaud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Pamphile in the 77th minute of play. Gaetan Palmier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Bruce Vrignaud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Colmar booed when Coursegoules was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Pamphile didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alfred Lengrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Alphonse Martial hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaetan Palmier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Coursegoules walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
