After having played for 55 minutes, Geoffroy Vabre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geoffroy Vabre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Geoffroy Vabre got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Geoffroy Vabre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Louis Lechartier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geoffroy Vabre in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, one of Nerthe:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nerthe. The goalkeeper, Louis Lechartier, was totally fooled by Moye's Mathys Reuter, who 71 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Sam Havard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute Rodrigue Izard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justin Malherbe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Louis Lechartier made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Geoffroy Vabre sent off a good shot on target. Noe Krawczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louis Lechartier having to interfere.
