In a very dangerous position, a player in Versannat fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Doulon a penalty, 4 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Morgan Duron, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Versannat's Ferdinand Laurencin. 0-1. Florian Alfred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Menier in the 8th minute of play. If Gustave Robine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Adrien Brocard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Menier in the 40th minute of play forced Doulon's goalkeeper Florian Alfred to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Helmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adrien Brocard to strike the kick off in the second half. Jose Helmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Alfred having to interfere. Florian Alfred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Helmer in the 56th minute of play. The supporters of Versannat booed when Doulon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustave Robine didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60thth minute of the game Brian Menier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Doulon's Florian Alfred was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute Adrien Brocard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinand Laurencin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 played minutes Doulon got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Francois Cornet. After 71st play minutes Brian Menier shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Florian Alfred and just under the crossbar into goal. Brian Menier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Alfred having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Jose Helmer made a precise shot to the right of Florian Alfred. Doulon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. After 80 played minutes Versannat got a freekick which was hit by Jose Helmer. 86 minutes into the match, Jose Helmer notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Doulon's Florian Alfred. Florian Alfred was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Florian Alfred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Helmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Brian Menier scored 7-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florian Alfred, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Doulon booed when Versannat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samy Brazier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Versannat's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
