Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paulo Riguet started the match with the kick off. Blaise Degrave fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Savelli having to interfere. Stanislas Griveau struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Rene Savelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xeuilley. Xeuilley's Corentin Crenn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Riguet in the 13th minute of play. When Justin Bossu fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xeuilley's protests and gave Justin Bossu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Xeuilley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justin Bossu to maneuver through the defense. Pierre-Henri Macquart, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Corentin Crenn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pierre-Antoine Venon's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The supporters of Manson booed when Xeuilley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Brient didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Manson's Paulo Riguet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Corentin Crenn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Sacha Chevereau kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Paulo Riguet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Corentin Crenn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Corentin Crenn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Riguet in the 40th minute of the match. Blaise Degrave recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Xeuilley players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Manson were winning 0-1.

Rene Savelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislas Griveau in the 61st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pierre-Antoine Venon got free with Corentin Crenn in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manson's Paulo Riguet got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Manson's Jean-Charles Huet got a free kick in the 69th minute. Corentin Crenn was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pierre-Henri Macquart. In the 84th minute, Pierre-Antoine Venon fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Corentin Crenn, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Xeuilley getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Gilbert Brient hit a great ball. In the 86th minute, Pierre-Antoine Venon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manson fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pierre-Antoine Venon got free with Corentin Crenn in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maurice Soubeyrand charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maurice Soubeyrand the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Paulo Riguet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Corentin Crenn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Manson walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
