Christian Brown made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teddy Duhamel in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaac Auclair saved Cugnaux from getting behind. The supporters of Carvin booed when Cugnaux was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Audouy didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Teddy Duhamel came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Carvin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teddy Duhamel couldn't finish the play. Steve Haag took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaac Auclair. Isaac Auclair dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Ferdinand Guidez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferdinand Guidez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Brown having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Carvin's Steve Haag sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isaac Auclair narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Christian Brown made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dominique Boully in the 44th minute. Yann Bourgine charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yann Bourgine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Yann Bourgine kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferdinand Guidez made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Cugnaux's Dominique Boully sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Brown narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Desire Tetu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cugnaux's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maxence Williams in the 60th minute. Cugnaux's Isaac Auclair played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Haag in the 61st minute of play. A hard shot 65 in the game by Teddy Duhamel from a close distance when the talented Isaac Auclair managed to make a qualified save. Cugnaux's players were relieved. In the 68th minute, Ferdinand Guidez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cugnaux fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Christian Brown showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominique Boully in the 75th minute of the match. Teddy Duhamel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Isaac Auclair made a huge save. Bastien Bisiaux charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bastien Bisiaux the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Carvin booed when Cugnaux was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bastien Bisiaux didn't get a good kick on the ball. Steve Haag sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christian Brown showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominique Boully, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Steve Haag might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaac Auclair. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Steve Haag ran back to his position shaking his head. Christian Brown didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dominique Boully went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cugnaux fans cheered their team off the field, for while Carvin had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
