Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rene Eck kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, Pierre-Henri Trognon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Servins's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denain the free kick. The supporters of Denain booed when Servins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre-Henri Trognon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germain Roguet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aime Mougin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute Rene Eck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohamed Racaud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Eck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aime Mougin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Germain Roguet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valerien Bizot went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 20th minute, Donovan Vernay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alphonse Petre took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Germain Roguet. Servins's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Denain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Metro to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes in the game Alphonse Bringer got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Aime Mougin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Donovan Vernay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mohamed Racaud was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felicien Tondu during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Servins booed when Denain was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felicien Tondu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donovan Vernay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Racaud having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
Valerien Bizot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Aime Mougin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Servins fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Servins's Rene Eck looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 66th minute, Aime Mougin made a precise shot to the right of Germain Roguet. Servins's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. When Donovan Vernay came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Servins fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donovan Vernay couldn't finish the play. 76 minutes into the match, Servins's Rene Eck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mohamed Racaud narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Rene Eck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mohamed Racaud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Eck in the 80th minute of the match. Denain's Valerien Bizot got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Valerien Bizot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rene Eck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Servins fans cheered their team off the field, for while Denain had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
