Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Moise Mury made the kick off which started today's match. If Kader Desplat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodolphe Lafay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kader Desplat in the 7th minute of the match. Rodolphe Lafay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kader Desplat in the 15th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gérardcourt's zone, Jordy Vidal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joffrey Houdin came out of the goal and Jordy Vidal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Kader Desplat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gérardcourt's supporters rose to their feet, but Kader Desplat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodolphe Lafay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute Kader Desplat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolphe Lafay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gwendal Hautefeuille fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolphe Lafay having to interfere. If Moise Mury had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Pluchon scored 0-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joffrey Houdin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Rodolphe Lafay managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Gérardcourt's Gwendal Hautefeuille fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joffrey Houdin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moise Mury, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kader Desplat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gwendal Hautefeuille received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rodolphe Lafay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 57 played minutes Vincennes got a freekick which was hit by Joe Bringuier. Rodolphe Lafay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc-Antoine Reeb, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Vincennes's goal looked a bit too open when Gwendal Hautefeuille came free, but Rodolphe Lafay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vincennes's Rodolphe Lafay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwendal Hautefeuille in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vincennes's goalkeeper Rodolphe Lafay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 82 minutes, Gwendal Hautefeuille managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gérardcourt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gwendal Hautefeuille was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Kader Desplat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gérardcourt's supporters rose to their feet, but Kader Desplat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 87th minute of the match Michaël Podevin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodolphe Lafay skillfully saved the ball. Rodolphe Lafay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwendal Hautefeuille in the 88th minute of the match. The referee ignored Vincennes's protests and gave Walter Monvoisin a yellow card for diving instead. Walter Monvoisin kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Vincennes supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vincennes would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
