Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Herbert Ruffier made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Herbert Ruffier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Herbert Ruffier received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yves Raveleau came out and tried to block the shot, but Herbert Ruffier slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. Herbert Ruffier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yves Raveleau having to interfere. Haubourdin's Firmin Baillard got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Haubourdin's Herbert Ruffier was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 20th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Izon's Yves Raveleau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Izon from getting a goal against them. When Izon's Fabian Ridet in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Haubourdin's goalie prevented a goal. After 35 played minutes Haubourdin got a freekick which was hit by Roger Audoin. Fabian Ridet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Deletang having to interfere. Walter Deletang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vivien Haller in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Ridet in the 46th minute of play forced Haubourdin's goalkeeper Walter Deletang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vivien Haller struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Walter Deletang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Izon. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Fabian Ridet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Walter Deletang made a huge save. A collision led to Haubourdin getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Herbert Ruffier hit a great ball. The supporters of Izon booed when Haubourdin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justin Pierrat didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Izon's Adrien Harter in action when he in the 62nd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mario Christine during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Haubourdin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Blanquet during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 78 played minutes Izon got a freekick which was hit by David Blanquet. Firmin Baillard scored 3-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yves Raveleau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute, Izon's Vivien Haller dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Ramzi Doche hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Firmin Baillard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Izon players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Haubourdin.
