Mathys Boulon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Martinsart's Hugo Gass got a free kick in the 4th minute. Paulo Roue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Grandgirard having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Martinsart got a freekick which was hit by Christopher Gimeno. When %teams%'s Paulo Roue was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 11 minutes into the game. Marcel Grandgirard was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 14th minute, Éloi Adde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octave Miguel hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Désiré Demaison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jolan Dupret having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Eze's goal looked a bit too open when John Borde came free, but Jolan Dupret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Axel Kolb managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eze's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Kolb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcel Grandgirard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jolan Dupret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Borde, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the game, Désiré Demaison was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Martinsart's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eze the free kick. Désiré Demaison hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcel Clave during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 45 played minutes Eze got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Clave. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, John Borde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Martinsart's supporters rose to their feet, but John Borde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jolan Dupret breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The wind increased when John Borde made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Eze's goalkeeper Jolan Dupret had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Borde. After 58 minutes, Éric Adnet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Martinsart and the Eze players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Martinsart! In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Eze. Ferdinand Duru stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcel Grandgirard. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Kolb in the 62nd minute of play forced Martinsart's goalkeeper Marcel Grandgirard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Borde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Paulo Roue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Axel Kolb got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martinsart's Marcel Grandgirard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Roue in the 75th minute of play. Paulo Roue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Marcel Grandgirard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Roue in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcel Grandgirard saved Martinsart from getting behind. 81 minutes into the match, Martinsart's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Roue came free, but Marcel Grandgirard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John Borde struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Jolan Dupret didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Martinsart. In the 94th minute, Axel Kolb ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcel Grandgirard was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Eze had won after a very even match.
