Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Paulo Roue made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Thierry Mahe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malataverne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eze the free kick. A collision led to Malataverne getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Thierry Mahe hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Eze's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marius Enderlin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jolan Dupret didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 29th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. When Pierre-Emmanuel Azemar came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Malataverne fans jumped to their feet. Vincent Bechard charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vincent Bechard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eze's Jolan Dupret played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matheo Rabatel in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Malataverne's Vincent Bechard got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Axel Kolb came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Eze fans jumped to their feet. Jolan Dupret was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 81 minutes into the match, Malataverne's goalkeeper Theophile Saboureau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Roue. Theophile Saboureau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Kolb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pierre-Emmanuel Azemar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th match minute, Eze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octave Miguel to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute of the match Hippolyte Maigne shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jolan Dupret showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre-Emmanuel Azemar in the 96th minute of play forced Eze's goalkeeper Jolan Dupret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Malataverne had won after a very even match.
