Jocelyn Paolini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Philippe Corbel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ilan Jammes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ilan Jammes got free with Philippe Corbel in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ilan Jammes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Philippe Corbel made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baptiste Fleche during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cammas getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Baptiste Fleche hit a great ball. After 31 minutes, Bruno Massoni mouthed his way into the referee's book. Vedene's Ilan Jammes got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

After recieving a nice pass, Cammas's Cesar Pothin tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Cammas's Pascal Coudert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Timothe Combret narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Pascal Coudert came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Cammas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascal Coudert couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascal Coudert in the 70th minute of play forced Vedene's goalkeeper Timothe Combret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jocelyn Paolini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Vedene players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
