Evan Berger hit a great ball. 0-2 became the score in the 42nd minute when Raymond Frick elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Matthieu Tartarin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidney Varennes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sidney Varennes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matthieu Tartarin having to make a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raymond Frick to make the kick off. William Poupin took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albert Rignault. Albert Rignault dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Albert Rignault made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Poupin in the 58th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Moineville's goal looked a bit too open when Sofyane Blavette came free, but Albert Rignault reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If William Poupin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Djimmy Danion hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Luc Cottet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cres's supporters rose to their feet, but Luc Cottet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albert Rignault breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Sidney Varennes came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Moineville fans jumped to their feet. William Poupin scored 2-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albert Rignault, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sidney Varennes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Matthieu Tartarin made a huge save. In the 91st minute of the match Adam Berhault sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albert Rignault skillfully saved the ball. Luc Cottet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
