Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bixente Barreteau made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 5 minutes, Mathis Boudry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sacconges's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mathis Boudry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sacconges's Dorian Mouysset proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Sacconges from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute, Mathis Boudry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Chien's Steven Devienne broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ramzi Nouvel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luc Monnot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean-Baptiste Chaize struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Ramzi Nouvel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sacconges. In the 31st minute Luc Monnot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramzi Nouvel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 played minutes Sacconges got a freekick which was hit by Mathis Boudry. Dorian Mouysset stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bixente Barreteau's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Thierry Eckert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chien's supporters rose to their feet, but Thierry Eckert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorian Mouysset breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victor Le Flohic charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Le Flohic the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sacconges fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jean-Baptiste Chaize to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Bixente Barreteau notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Sacconges's Dorian Mouysset. Dorian Mouysset was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Jean-Baptiste Chaize had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chien's Ramzi Nouvel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Baptiste Chaize in the 60th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Thierry Eckert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chien's supporters rose to their feet, but Thierry Eckert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorian Mouysset breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Thierry Eckert put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dorian Mouysset. Ramzi Nouvel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luc Monnot in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute of the match, Jean-Baptiste Chaize tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ramzi Nouvel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in Chien's zone, Luc Monnot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramzi Nouvel came out of the goal and Luc Monnot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jean-Baptiste Chaize in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramzi Nouvel saved Chien from getting behind. Thierry Eckert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Mouysset having to interfere. Sacconges's Dorian Mouysset played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léon Lochon in the 89th minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, Chien was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léon Lochon to maneuver through the defense. When Luc Monnot came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Sacconges fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luc Monnot couldn't finish the play.
