Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Barnabe Kergoat made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Barnabe Kergoat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronan Israel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes into the game, Etienne Baraton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seichamps's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Napollon the free kick. The supporters of Napollon booed when Seichamps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Etienne Baraton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Zinedine Betton had to leave the field with a concussion. Chris Damour's late challenge caught a Napollon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chris Damour helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Seichamps's Chris Damour got a free kick in the 9th minute. Fernand Baran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronan Israel having to interfere. Mario Cade charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Cade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 played minutes Napollon got a freekick which was hit by Mario Cade. With a little luck, Seichamps's Felix Duvigneau got control of the ball when Flavien Decker tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Seichamps's zone, Mario Cade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Duvigneau came out of the goal and Mario Cade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the match, Napollon's Flavien Decker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felix Duvigneau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Napollon booed when Seichamps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Dauchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Rouat's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Felix Duvigneau firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavien Decker in the 34th minute of play forced Seichamps's goalkeeper Felix Duvigneau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean-Marie Boivin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Felix Duvigneau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Flavien Decker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flavien Decker to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavien Decker in the 51st minute of play forced Seichamps's goalkeeper Felix Duvigneau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Fernand Baran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seichamps's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernand Baran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fernand Baran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ronan Israel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernand Baran might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ronan Israel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernand Baran ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavien Decker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 63 minutes, Zinedine Barthes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seichamps and the Napollon players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zinedine Barthes hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Ronan Israel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barnabe Kergoat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Seichamps's zone, Flavien Decker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Duvigneau came out of the goal and Flavien Decker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernand Baran might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ronan Israel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernand Baran ran back to his position shaking his head. Reynald Lafforgue kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Napollon's Ronan Israel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Napollon from getting a goal against them. Mario Cade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Duvigneau having to interfere. Ronan Israel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernand Baran went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Napollon's Jean-Marie Boivin got a free kick in the 91st minute.
