Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alix Delobel got the match started through his kick off. The attack was good, but when Malik Colin in the 2nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The supporters of Courneau booed when Verel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alphonse Nouet didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Benoit Poussier in the 8th minute really tested Oscar Fouilloux's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Clement Feuillet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gael Robinet having to interfere. Gael Robinet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malik Colin, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Courneau's Malik Colin got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Malik Colin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gael Robinet having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Clement Feuillet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gael Robinet was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After 19 played minutes Verel got a freekick which was hit by Maxence Pays. If Malik Colin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Fouilloux made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Jonathan Berthod sent off a good shot on target. Alix Delobel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Fouilloux having to interfere. Oscar Fouilloux was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alix Delobel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 43 minute of play. Vivien Le Brun hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Oscar Fouilloux took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alix Delobel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Malik Colin made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Alix Delobel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Verel's supporters rose to their feet, but Alix Delobel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Fouilloux breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Courneau's Matthieu Baillif got a free kick in the 59th minute. Verel's Alix Delobel got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Berthod in the 65th minute of play forced Courneau's goalkeeper Oscar Fouilloux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Malik Colin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gael Robinet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Clement Feuillet struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Gael Robinet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Courneau. After a defensive mix-up in Verel's zone, Malik Colin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gael Robinet came out of the goal and Malik Colin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alix Delobel might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oscar Fouilloux. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alix Delobel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 87th minute Jonathan Berthod shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Fouilloux saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gael Robinet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malik Colin, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The referee showed Allan Cantaloube the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 98 played minutes Courneau got a freekick which was hit by Allan Cantaloube. In the 101st match minute, Courneau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorien Hochedez to maneuver through the defense. In the 102nd minute of the match Benoit Poussier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oscar Fouilloux showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
