With a left leg Clement Olive saved Pugey from getting behind. After some careless play in the Peuplingues defense, John Cazes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valentin Falcoz. The Peuplingues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Falcoz should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertrand Toullec in the 37th minute of play forced Peuplingues's goalkeeper Valentin Falcoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Josselin Meret got his second yellow card in the match during the 46th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After the first half Pugey were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joffrey Constans made a kick off. Valentin Falcoz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Pugey's Joffrey Constans shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Junior Boussac in the 61st minute of play forced Pugey's goalkeeper Clement Olive to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Falcoz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pugey. After a defensive mix-up in Peuplingues's zone, John Cazes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Falcoz came out of the goal and John Cazes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Peuplingues's goalkeeper Valentin Falcoz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joffrey Constans. After 77 minutes, Junior Boussac made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Pugey's Clement Olive tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Joffrey Constans's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Valentin Falcoz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Brice Venant struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Clement Olive didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peuplingues. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brice Venant in the 91st minute of play forced Pugey's goalkeeper Clement Olive to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Peuplingues supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pugey's performance. The match ended with a win for Pugey.
