Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Danny Deniaud's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charles Desfontaines read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Napollon's Gregoire Saint Martin got a free kick in the 6th minute. Allan Loussouarn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Charles Desfontaines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prosper Herpe made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Renan Letombe sent off a good shot on target. If Danny Deniaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Renan Letombe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prosper Herpe having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Martigneau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Rohr to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Martigneau's zone, Renan Letombe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prosper Herpe came out of the goal and Renan Letombe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walter Cesar during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th match minute, Martigneau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Cesar to maneuver through the defense. Gregoire Saint Martin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Renan Letombe notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Martigneau's Prosper Herpe. Prosper Herpe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Danny Deniaud struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Charles Desfontaines didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Martigneau.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joffrey Ternois was the one to do the kick off. If Renan Letombe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joffrey Ternois in the 55th minute of play forced Martigneau's goalkeeper Prosper Herpe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walter Cesar kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Prosper Herpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan Letombe, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Joffrey Ternois sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Charles Desfontaines was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Allan Loussouarn showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 65 minute of play. After 69 played minutes Napollon got a freekick which was hit by Gaspard Benyahia. The supporters of Napollon booed when Martigneau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christophe Bezin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prosper Herpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Letombe in the 71st minute of play. Christophe Bezin charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christophe Bezin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, Christophe Bezin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prosper Herpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Letombe in the 78th minute of play. If Renan Letombe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Joffrey Ternois got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Allan Loussouarn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martigneau's Allan Loussouarn got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
