Tanvol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belberaud the free kick. 47 minutes into the match, Tanvol's goalkeeper Justin Riche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justin Bazire. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcel Guiguen to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Tanvol got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Cosnard. Justin Riche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Pennetier, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcel Guiguen during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcel Guiguen kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Marcel Guiguen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Berenger Saudemont read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Fabian Auroy charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabian Auroy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Berenger Saudemont successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jonas Falcon kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Marcel Guiguen struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Berenger Saudemont didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tanvol. 64 minutes into the match, Belberaud's goal looked a bit too open when Marcel Guiguen came free, but Berenger Saudemont reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belberaud's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Pennetier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justin Riche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ronald Creusot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Berenger Saudemont read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Belberaud's Berenger Saudemont proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Belberaud from getting a goal against them. After having played for 87 minutes, Freddy Pennetier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belberaud's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Pennetier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Felicien Pourre fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belberaud's protests and gave Felicien Pourre a yellow card for diving instead. Belberaud:s Berenger Saudemont showed great skill when he stopped Ewan Baratte:s penalty. Ronald Creusot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berenger Saudemont having to interfere. Justin Riche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justin Bazire's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. If Ronald Creusot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
