Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Marcellaz's Denis Lepelletier started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Martin Santoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Juste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Martin Santoro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Lozinghem's Marc Guillon got a free kick in the 10th minute. After some careless play in the Lozinghem defense, Martin Santoro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victor Juste. The Lozinghem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victor Juste should have stopped the shot. Dave Georget showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Marie Le Faucheur in the 17th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Marcellaz's zone, Regis Mauvais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dave Georget came out of the goal and Regis Mauvais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute, Jean-Marie Le Faucheur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dave Georget showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Marie Le Faucheur in the 34th minute of the match. Victor Juste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Santoro in the 44th minute of the match. Dave Georget didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lozinghem. Lozinghem were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Marcellaz for a fine match.
