If Loic Milliot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th match minute, Gimeaux was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Bernat to maneuver through the defense. If Donatien Brouard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

54 minutes into the match, Donatien Brouard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teddy Schatz. Gimeaux's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Donatien Brouard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 58 played minutes, Garidech's François-Xavier Beaume shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Teddy Schatz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Garidech reached it. When Loic Milliot came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Gimeaux fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Loic Milliot couldn't finish the play. After 68 played minutes Gimeaux got a freekick which was hit by Jason Francon. Danny Denize fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teddy Schatz having to interfere.
