Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Xavier Rosso took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Montrouge's zone, Gaspard Capitaine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Billy Lesieur came out of the goal and Gaspard Capitaine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Montrouge's Jose Riffard got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Xavier Rosso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Xavier Rosso fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Brice Bertrand, passed just outside the right post. After 22 played minutes Montrouge got a freekick which was hit by Richard Ribeiro. Brice Bertrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Rosso in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Montrouge getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Xavier Rosso hit a great ball. Billy Lesieur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franck Quirin, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to Montrouge getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Maxence Mao hit a great ball. Montrouge's Billy Lesieur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franck Quirin in the 34th minute of play. Maxence Mao hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. If Xavier Rosso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jose Riffard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franck Quirin made a kick off. Brice Bertrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Rosso in the 57th minute of play. Jose Riffard struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Brice Bertrand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montrouge. Billy Lesieur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franck Quirin in the 64th minute of the match. In the 67thth minute of the game Xavier Rosso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Suzanne's Brice Bertrand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jose Riffard struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Brice Bertrand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montrouge. In the 70th minute Xavier Rosso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brice Bertrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brice Bertrand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose Riffard's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Brice Bertrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Riffard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Gaspard Capitaine managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suzanne's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaspard Capitaine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Billy Lesieur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Rosso in the 87th minute of play forced Suzanne's goalkeeper Brice Bertrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Suzanne players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Montrouge from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
