Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmond Lussiez kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Vrière booed when Milly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Reynal didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 7 minutes into the game, when Florian Rolet put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Vrière:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Milly:s goal. When the match had been going on for 9 minutes, Milly's Harry Guilleminot got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Pascal Dehan. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Marius Reynal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milly's supporters rose to their feet, but Marius Reynal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascal Dehan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute Marius Reynal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Dehan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Aime Lavisse was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vrière's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Milly the free kick. Aime Lavisse hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When Christophe Constantin fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vrière's protests and gave Christophe Constantin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute, Christophe Constantin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Vrière's Pascal Dehan got control of the ball when Zinedine Crevel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pascal Dehan made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Zinedine Crevel sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Ulysse Desmons managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milly's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulysse Desmons was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascal Dehan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Bogard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertrand Desmares, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. If Christophe Constantin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, Bertrand Desmares notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Milly's Carlos Bogard. Carlos Bogard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zinedine Crevel made a kick off. Bertrand Desmares kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Zinedine Crevel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute, Milly's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bertrand Desmares fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Zinedine Crevel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zinedine Crevel might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pascal Dehan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zinedine Crevel ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the game, Milly's Ulysse Desmons nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pascal Dehan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Axel Cornil's late challenge caught a Milly's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Axel Cornil helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd match minute, Vrière was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Cornil to maneuver through the defense. After 76 played minutes Milly got a freekick which was hit by Ulysse Desmons. Pascal Dehan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zinedine Crevel in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Milly's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bertrand Desmares fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 84 played minutes Milly got a freekick which was hit by Erwan Stevens. The long shot by Remi Brochard in the 85th minute really tested Carlos Bogard's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Milly's zone, Bertrand Desmares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Bogard came out of the goal and Bertrand Desmares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the match, Milly's goal looked a bit too open when Christophe Constantin came free, but Carlos Bogard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milly's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Christophe Constantin scored to the left of an out of position Carlos Bogard, making the score, 2-2. In the 91st match minute, Vrière was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Ollivier to maneuver through the defense. In the 97th minute, Christophe Constantin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
