When Salomon Moureau fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fresnes's protests and gave Salomon Moureau a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Saubens booed when Fresnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salomon Moureau didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute Dilan Cahuzac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Édouard Contal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luka Toulalan hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, Fresnes's Dilan Cahuzac sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Édouard Contal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aymerick Bronner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Biais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 minutes, Norbert Biais made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Fresnes's Aymerick Bronner tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th match minute, Fresnes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Gomes to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the game, Paul Moine was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fresnes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saubens the free kick. Paul Moine hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Saubens's Kévin Monot couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fresnes. Ronald Coupe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Allan Mayer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Gomes, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Ronald Coupe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Aymerick Bronner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dilan Cahuzac who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Édouard Contal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ronald Couillard hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. A hard shot 61 in the game by Dilan Cahuzac from a close distance when the talented Édouard Contal managed to make a qualified save. Saubens's players were relieved. Norbert Biais blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aymerick Bronner having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Fresnes's Marvin Pinot got a free kick in the 66th minute. Aymerick Bronner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronald Coupe in the 68th minute of play. Norbert Biais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Aymerick Bronner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 played minutes, Saubens's Lionel Burban shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aymerick Bronner came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saubens reached it. Ronald Coupe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aymerick Bronner having to interfere. In the 78th minute Norbert Biais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aymerick Bronner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Édouard Contal didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Édouard Contal came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Fresnes's Dilan Cahuzac. But to his dismay, Dilan Cahuzac quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Allan Mayer kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Dilan Cahuzac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Édouard Contal having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fresnes walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
