Theodore Helle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vaise's goalkeeper Noel Siegler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Vaise booed when Cussy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alphonse Friboulet didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Vaise's Valerien Fallet in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cussy's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute Robin Cheron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Siegler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Colas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Sabri Estienne made a huge save. After 20 played minutes Vaise got a freekick which was hit by Albert Flandre. Valerien Fallet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabri Estienne having to interfere. Robin Cheron scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noel Siegler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Vaise's Eric Boulon broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Bruno Colas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valerien Fallet in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sabri Estienne saved Cussy from getting behind. If Theodore Helle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Robin Cheron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cussy's supporters rose to their feet, but Robin Cheron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noel Siegler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Noel Siegler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Theodore Helle in the 54th minute. A collision led to Vaise getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Albert Flandre hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vaise's zone, Robin Cheron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noel Siegler came out of the goal and Robin Cheron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Cussy getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Edmond Durrieu hit a great ball. Bruno Colas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vaise's Bruno Colas got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Alphonse Friboulet fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cussy's protests and gave Alphonse Friboulet a yellow card for diving instead. Alphonse Friboulet hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If Bruno Colas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Valerien Fallet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Colas in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sabri Estienne saved Cussy from getting behind. The Vaise supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cussy's performance. The match ended with a win for Cussy.
