With a little luck, Trossy's Joris Viola got control of the ball when Fabien Caquineau tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pascal Cueff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Trossy's goalkeeper Joris Viola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabien Caquineau. 28 minutes into the match, Trossy's Gregory Labarre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pascal Cueff narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gregory Labarre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Rudy Mars hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabien Caquineau came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Joris Viola could save by the left post. If Omer Duville had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 40 minutes on the clock, Bertrand Mantel commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 40th minute, one of Ravoire:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ravoire. The referee gave Trossy a penalty, 43 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Adam Renoult, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ravoire's Pascal Cueff. 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabien Caquineau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Ravoire's goal looked a bit too open when Gregory Labarre came free, but Pascal Cueff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fabien Caquineau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Trossy's Gregory Labarre ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pascal Cueff. Pascal Cueff yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Achille Beghin hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute of the match Jonas Bianchini shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joris Viola showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Josselin Cojean hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the game, Fabien Caquineau cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Joris Viola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adam Renoult, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Trossy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
