Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Francois-Xavier Loreau got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Raimbeaucourt's zone, Michael Challier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilbert Colleu came out of the goal and Michael Challier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexandre Dole blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Renaud Chantreau having to make a save. Francois-Xavier Loreau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Francois-Xavier Loreau came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Raimbeaucourt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francois-Xavier Loreau couldn't finish the play. Michael Challier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gilbert Colleu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilbert Colleu came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Chantenay's Joaquim Fremont. But to his dismay, Joaquim Fremont quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute Michael Challier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Colleu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michael Challier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Renaud Chantreau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francois-Xavier Loreau's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Raimbeaucourt's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Fremont came free, but Gilbert Colleu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th match minute, Raimbeaucourt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolphe Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Francois-Xavier Loreau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilbert Colleu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Fremont, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The Raimbeaucourt players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chantenay were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michael Challier was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Francois-Xavier Loreau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renaud Chantreau was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Alexandre Dole received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Renaud Chantreau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francois-Xavier Loreau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renaud Chantreau having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, Chantenay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bryan Weill to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute, Francois-Xavier Loreau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renaud Chantreau was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Chantenay's zone, Raphael Mandin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renaud Chantreau came out of the goal and Raphael Mandin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Luc Dupas fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chantenay's protests and gave Luc Dupas a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes Chantenay got a freekick which was hit by Luc Dupas. When Alexandre Dole came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Raimbeaucourt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexandre Dole couldn't finish the play. Chantenay's Renaud Chantreau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francois-Xavier Loreau in the 82nd minute of play. Alexandre Dole's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Renaud Chantreau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. The supporters of Raimbeaucourt booed when Chantenay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bryan Weill didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Duvernay was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 87th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 91 minutes, Yves Simian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Raimbeaucourt and the Chantenay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Raimbeaucourt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yves Simian to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 98th minute of the game. One of Raimbeaucourt:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chantenay:s goal. The score was 1-3 after a penalty in the 100th minute, where Chantenay:s Joe Gravier tricked Raimbeaucourt:s Gilbert Colleu with a difficult ball by the left post. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chantenay eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
